I’m a fourth year student in International Development Studies at the University of Waterloo. I like reading and writing, although it’s rare to have time to do either these days. I’m the kind of person who isn’t particularly academic but I love learning and experiencing new things. I’m very big on sustainable development and innovation in sustainable design.
I’m also a Christian. To be honest, I think that’s the sum of my identity, or I’d like it to be. I suppose it’s hard to tell when you first see me, but people come to Christ in all shapes, sizes and appearances. I try my utmost to live out what it means to know Christ as my Saviour but it’s not always easy. Cliché as it is, I do my best and let God do the rest.
My plans for the future are simple: Give everything to help people. It doesn’t particularly matter how I get there or what I end up doing, but I want my life to be dedicated to this purpose. My dreams have always been to end up working for the UN, the Canadian Government or NATO in policy design and governance. I’m hoping that INDEV will give me the right mindset to journey towards those goals. For me, this is just a small step in the right direction.
Besides that, if people need prayers or are looking for a listening ear, always feel free to drop me a message. Everyone needs support sometimes.

1 Thessalonians 5:9-11
9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. 11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
